Job summary

Housecall Pro is looking for a Senior Director of Product Management (Fintech) to oversee the vision and strategy for payments and risk. The successful candidate will manage a high-performing team and collaborate with various departments to create impactful solutions.

A minimum of 10 years in product management, with at least 7 years in leadership, is required. Experience with payments and AI tools is essential.

Competitive compensation includes a salary range of $159,000-$198,000 plus bonus and equity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 7 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of leading large product teams and successfully launching products in B2B SaaS or vertical SaaS.
• Deep expertise in payments, ideally within modern providers (i.e., Stripe, Square).
• Direct background or exposure to Risk domains and the protections necessary for delivering financial products.

Responsibilities

• Set the long‑term product vision and strategy for the payments and risk domains.
• Lead a team of Product Managers, providing coaching to grow the next generation of product leaders.
• Develop your product managers as builders using AI tools to deliver impactful solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Risk to build robust payments infrastructure.
