AHEAD is seeking a Director, Financial Solutions to join our Financial Solutions Group. This role coordinates with sales leadership, clients, accounts receivable, manufacturers, and internal finance teams to structure strategic financing solutions and enable financial selling across the business.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in financial selling, excellent analytical and communication skills, MBA, 10+ years of experience, and proficiency with Salesforce.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field required.
• MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in financial selling.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.
• Strong Microsoft Office knowledge, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate across sales, finance, accounts receivable, manufacturers, and clients.

Mansioni

• Attend quarterly business review (QBR) meetings at the request of sales leadership.
• Lead financial selling for product opportunities, including TCO analysis.
• Respond to financing requests with strategic solutions tailored to the opportunity and client.
• Provide tax and freight billing instructions for financed opportunities; complete final booking checklists with relevant teams.
• Resolve terms mismatches using internal criteria related to cost of funds, financing, and distributor financing.
• Manage unfunded report to minimize DSO for financed receivables.
• Maximize cash advantage by pursuing financing for large software transactions.
• Help manage credit limits with suppliers during peak periods for large transactions.
• Support Accounts Receivable with collection of problem cash accounts; introduce financing as a more efficient collection solution.
• Model and present Dell TLA opportunities to position AHEAD with clients.
• Build trusted relationships with sales teams and business partners as a financing subject-matter expert.
