FTI Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Director-level professional for the Financial Services practice in the United States. The role focuses on mitigating risk across business cycles and regulatory landscapes, supporting investigations, remediation, and advisory engagements.

You will work on global engagements, shape solutions, and contribute to proposals and client messaging. A strong foundation in at least one pillar of Financial Services and cross-capability knowledge is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• 5+ years of post-graduate professional experience in financial services.
• Ability to connect AI developments, market trends, and business strategies to client opportunities and risk.
• Ability to travel to clients and FTI offices as needed.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; visa sponsorship not provided.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders on program design, remediation, and business transformation.
• Engage in risk assessments, regulatory reviews, policy training development, investigations, and independent testing.
• Help lead client pursuits by shaping proposals, pricing strategies, and go-to-market efforts.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities across FTI service lines.
• Lead end-to-end production of thought leadership pieces and client-ready deliverables.
