For our client, we are seeking a Director, Financial Reporting & Internal Controls to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space.

This role will lead external financial reporting, internal controls, and technical accounting activities for a global organization operating in a complex, multi-jurisdiction environment. The position will partner closely with finance leadership, auditors, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting, strong governance, and compliance with IFRS. It is well suited for a seasoned accounting leader who can balance hands‑on technical expertise with people management and process oversight.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $130,000 – $150,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS
• Support and review quarterly and annual reporting processes, including significant accounting entries
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial reporting across the organization
• Lead the consolidated financial statement audit and manage relationships with external auditors
• Assess and document complex transactions under IFRS, including revenue recognition and business combinations
• Monitor new accounting standards and their impact on financial reporting
