Qualifications

• Eight years - Finance, Analytics or operational decision support.
• Four years of demonstrated leadership overseeing people and/or projects.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a team of analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management support.
• Set clear objectives, prioritize projects, and ensure the team's efforts align with organizational goals.
• Responsible for overall project management for the Financial Performance Analytics Team.
• Establish trusted financial data as the single source of truth to enable timely information and advanced analytics.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of analytical models for the health system's operations.
• Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
