FTI Consulting is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Transactions Financial Due Diligence team in the United States. You will analyze financial data, prepare pro forma information, and support deal valuation across multiple industries.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance/IS/Economics and 3+ years in accounting, audit or finance, with CPA preferred. Travel to client sites is expected; visa sponsorship is not available. Competitive compensation is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Informational Systems, Economics, or related field of study.
• 3+ years of post-graduate professional experience in accounting, audit or finance.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and accounting consulting services in Corporate Finance practice areas.
• Prepare, review, and evaluate historical and pro forma financial information for trends and deal valuation.
• Perform industry and company research and assist in preparing client reports and schedules.
• Provide communication support to clients and staff, updating senior team members on progress and issues.
• Network and build internal relationships within the Transaction team and other service areas at FTI.
