FTI Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director within the Transactions Tax team to collaborate with private equity and corporate clients on tax due diligence, structuring and modeling for buy-side and sell-side transactions. You will prepare reports for C-suite executives and lead complex tax research.

The role requires interpreting U.S. federal tax law, reviewing purchase agreements, and guiding post-closing opportunities while communicating with clients and teams across engagements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of post-graduate experience.
• Ability to travel to clients and FTI office(s).
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship.
• MS, JD and/or CPA preferred; insights in tax

Aufgaben

• Assist private equity and corporate clients with tax due diligence, structuring, and modeling on buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• Prepare tax due diligence reports for C-suite audience.
• Direct complex tax research and formulate planning strategies.
• Apply US federal income tax law as it relates to tax diligence and advisory.
• Review and comment on purchase agreements and disclosure schedules.
• Advise clients on post-closing opportunities and services.
