Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, business, finance or related field; Master's preferred.
• CPA certification required; CFA or similar a plus.
• 10+ years of accounting advisory experience with Big 4 or top-tier firms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver advisory engagements on complex accounting topics (ASC 810, 606, 842, 805, 350/360, 718).
• Advise on accounting policy development, restatements and remediation of material weaknesses.
• Build and maintain relationships with CFOs, Controllers and Audit Committees.
• Drive thought leadership on evolving FASB, SEC guidance and regulatory developments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with tax, risk, valuation, and technology teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
