Pizza Hut seeks a Senior Manager, Enterprise Technology FP&A to partner with technology leadership and drive financial planning for tech investments, operating expenses, and capital planning.

You will lead annual plans, forecasts, and executive reporting, developing business cases with ROI/NPV analyses and supporting strategic decisions across Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Data & AI, and Corporate Finance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related discipline.
  • 7+ years of FP&A, Corporate Finance, Technology Finance, or Strategic Finance experience.
  • Experience supporting technology, product, engineering, or digital organizations.
  • Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and capital investment analysis.
  • Experience developing executive-level presentations and financial recommendations.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead annual operating plan (AOP), quarterly forecasts, long-range plan (LRP), and monthly outlooks for Enterprise Technology.
  • Build and maintain complex financial models for opex, capex, headcount, software spend, vendor costs, depreciation, and project investments.
  • Identify financial risks and opportunities and recommend actions to improve performance.
  • Prepare executive-ready reports, variance analyses, and cause-of-change presentations.
  • Develop business cases for technology investments using ROI, NPV, IRR, and payback analyses.
  • Lead enterprise CapEx planning with Technology and Accounting.
  • Monitor capital project performance and capitalization timing.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to evaluate new tech initiatives and product investments.
  • Support financial planning for enterprise platforms, digital products, SaaS, and modernization efforts.
  • Develop product-level financial analyses including revenue, cost, margin, and investment performance.
  • Drive financial discipline across software licensing, cloud services, infrastructure, and third-party technology vendors.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize enterprise technology spending while meeting objectives.
  • Lead continuous improvement to simplify processes and improve reporting, including AI-enabled solutions.
  • Translate complex financial information into actionable insights for executive leadership.
  • Prepare presentations for Technology Leadership, Finance Leadership, and executive committees.
  • Communicate financial performance, key drivers, investment priorities, and strategic recommendations clearly.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:

The Senior Manager, Enterprise Technology FP&A serves as the primary finance business partner for key Enterprise Technology functions, providing strategic financial leadership across technology investments, operating expenses, capital planning, and long-range financial strategy.

This role operates at the intersection of Finance, Technology, Product, Engineering, Cybersecurity, and Corporate Leadership to support enterprise-wide technology initiatives. The successful candidate will lead annual planning, quarterly forecasting, business case development, investment analysis, and executive reporting while helping leaders make informed decisions that maximize business value.

This position requires exceptional financial modeling capabilities, executive communication skills, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, global environment.

Enterprise Technology Business Partnership

Serve as the strategic finance partner for Enterprise Technology leadership.

Support technology leaders in evaluating investments, prioritizing initiatives, and balancing operational and strategic spending.

Provide financial guidance throughout the technology investment lifecycle.

Develop trusted relationships across Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Data & AI, and Corporate Finance.

  • Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), quarterly forecasts, Long-Range Plan (LRP), and monthly financial outlooks for Enterprise Technology.
  • Build and maintain complex financial models supporting operating expenses, capital investments, headcount planning, software spend, vendor costs, depreciation, and project investments.

  • Prepare executive-ready reporting, variance analyses, and cause-of-change presentations.
  • Develop business cases supporting technology investments through ROI, NPV, IRR, and payback analyses.

  • Monitor capital project performance and ensure timely capitalization.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to evaluate new technology initiatives and product investments.
  • Support financial planning for enterprise platforms, digital products, SaaS solutions, and technology modernization efforts.
  • Develop product-level financial analyses where appropriate, including revenue, cost, margin, and investment performance.

Technology Spend Optimization

  • Drive financial discipline across software licensing, cloud services, infrastructure, and third-party technology vendors.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize enterprise technology spending while maintaining business objectives .
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives that simplify financial processes and improve reporting automation, including leveraging AI-enabled solutions where appropriate.

Executive Reporting & Strategic Insights

  • Translate complex financial information into actionable insights for executive leadership.
  • Prepare presentations for Technology Leadership, Finance Leadership, and executive committees.
  • Communicate financial performance, key business drivers, investment priorities, and strategic recommendations clearly and effectively.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance , Accounting, Economics, Business, or related discipline.
  • 7+ years of progressive FP&A, Corporate Finance, Technology Finance, or Strategic Finance experience.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting technology, product, engineering, or digital organizations.
  • Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and capital investment analysis.
  • Experience developing executive-level presentations and financial recommendations.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • MBA, CPA, CFA, or CMA.
  • Experience supporting SaaS, software, cloud, or digital technology organizations.
  • Experience with Hyperion, Oracle EPM, SAP, Anaplan, Adaptive Planning, or similar FP&A platforms.
  • Familiarity with technology financial drivers including cloud infrastructure, software licensing, product development, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications.
  • Experience supporting global organizations and cross-functional leadership teams.
