Job summary

UroGen Pharma seeks a Senior Director of Field Reimbursement - West to lead the regional FRM team and translate the national market access strategy into actionable field execution. You will recruit, coach, and manage FRMs, set regional priorities, and ensure reimbursement education and support across targeted accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years in market access, reimbursement, managed care, patient services, or biotech/pharma commercialization.
• 3+ years of people-management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare Part B, medical-benefit reimbursement, patient access services, and field reimbursement.
• Experience with patient support hubs or related programs.
• Ability to translate strategy into field execution with measurable results.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to travel ~50%.

Responsibilities

• People Leadership and Development: recruit, onboard, lead, and retain a high-performing FRM team; set goals and provide coaching; conduct ride-alongs; create development plans; support succession; foster collaboration.
• Regional Strategy and Execution: translate national strategy into regional plans; support patient access across accounts; monitor performance and adjust tactics.
• Cross Functional Leadership: partner with senior leaders to coordinate access initiatives; provide field insights on payer trends and risks; lead regional FRM meetings.
• Compliance and Operational Excellence: ensure legal and policy compliance; document interactions; maintain training and territory planning; escalate risks.
