Amgen seeks a Director, Field Reimbursement to lead the Respiratory Field Reimbursement organization and drive payer access strategies across West regions. You will guide Senior Managers, set priorities, and ensure scalable execution while partnering with Sales, Market Access, Medical, and Hub teams.

The role emphasizes building leaders, leveraging analytics, and delivering compliant, patient-centric access experiences with a focus on new indications and launches.
