Job summary

Fore Biotherapeutics is seeking a Senior Field Medical Director to lead the field medical strategy and execute compliant scientific exchange. You will build a high-performing MSL team, guide external engagement with key opinion leaders, and collaborate with Clinical Development, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to support launch readiness and lifecycle planning.

Ideal candidates have 12+ years in Medical Affairs or related roles, advanced scientific training (MD/DO/PhD/PharmD), and a proven

Qualifications

Advanced scientific or clinical degree required (MD/DO/PhD/PharmD or equivalent).
12+ years in Medical Affairs, clinical development, or related roles with field leadership experience.
Strong understanding of medical affairs regulations, scientific exchange, and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

Lead the strategy, development, and execution of the field medical function.
Build and coach a high-performing field medical/MSL organization with territory planning and metrics.
Ensure compliant scientific exchange with external medical experts and healthcare professionals.
Collaborate with patient advocacy and cross-functional teams to support medical strategy and launch readiness.
Travel up to 50% to support field engagement, congresses, and advisory activities.
