Job summary

Computacenter is seeking an experienced Director of Enterprise, Workplace and Low Voltage Field Engineering to lead a North America organization responsible for field delivery across enterprise networking, workplace technology, and low voltage infrastructure environments.

The Director leads through Practice Leads and is accountable for the overall workforce, partner ecosystem, delivery performance, organizational capability, and operating health of the organization.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of Field Engineering, enterprise infrastructure delivery, or related experience.
• 5+ years in leading managers, leaders, or large distributed technical teams.
• Experience across multiple geographies or customer programs.
• Strong financial and operational acumen linking workforce decisions to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead Practice Leads and Field Engineering leaders across Enterprise, Workplace and Low Voltage.
• Set expectations for workforce readiness, utilization, and delivery health.
• Oversee demand, capacity, skills, geography, and hiring needs.
• Build workforce strategies with employees, contractors, and partners.
• Maintain a strong partner ecosystem to support delivery.
• Monitor delivery risks, resource issues, and quality trends.
