Qualifications

• Experience leading large, distributed technical teams across multiple geographies.
• Proven ability to translate business strategy into workforce plans and delivery.
• Strong understanding of enterprise networking, workplace tech, and low-voltage delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex partner ecosystems and vendor relationships.
• Financial acumen to connect workforce decisions to utilization and cost.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Practice Leads and Field Engineering leaders across Enterprise, Workplace, and Low Voltage.
• Set expectations for leadership, workforce readiness, utilization, delivery health, and accountability.
• Forecast demand, capacity, skills, and partner requirements across North America.
• Balance employees, contractors, and partners to meet demand and optimize cost.
• Maintain visibility into major engagements, risks, and escalations.
• Drive consistent delivery methods, tools, and closeout requirements across teams.
• Partner with Sales, Solutions, Resource Management, PMO, and Finance to support opportunities.
