Job summary

Fidelity Investments Inc. is seeking a Senior Compliance Advisor within the Workplace Investing Compliance organization to support the compliance program for managed record-keeper services tied to retirement plans.

You will collaborate with Legal, Risk, Operations and Product teams to translate regulatory requirements into practical controls, driving process improvements and maintaining audit readiness across the workplace retirement portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in retirement plan operations, compliance, project management, risk management.
• Solid understanding of retirement plan compliance requirements and regulatory rules (ERISA, DOL, IRS).
• Experience supporting workplace retirement products or services.
• Experience reviewing and maintaining compliance policies, procedures, and playbooks.
• Program or project management experience coordinating work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the compliance program for managed record-keeper services in retirement plans.
• Drive process improvements and pivotal initiatives across the compliance program.
• Coordinate work across organizational lines and drive items to conclusion.
• Provide compliance guidance to product teams throughout lifecycle and governance approvals.
• Identify regulatory risks and translate requirements into practical business recommendations.
• Develop improved reporting and measurement of compliance program effectiveness.
