Job summary

National Industries for the Blind in Alexandria, Virginia, seeks a Director, Pricing Support to lead price analysis, negotiations, and procurement-list submissions to the U.S. AbilityOne Commission.

You will ensure pricing data meets regulatory requirements, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and oversee documentation and reporting to support compliant, competitive pricing. This leadership role requires deep Federal contracting knowledge and a track record of process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Ten plus years in Federal contract work or price analysis.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and AbilityOne policies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee submission of Procurement List maintenance packages.
• Maintain compliance with AbilityOne policies and procedures.
• Coordinate pricing actions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead quality assurance and training on program requirements.
• Prepare and distribute required reports.
• Lead weekly high‑level meetings.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement.
