Job summary

Fuse is seeking a growth-focused leader to drive success across the federal systems integrator and defence-prime community. You will build the pipeline, shape strategy, and expand customer relationships, representing Fuse with engineering and business teams to convert partnerships into programs.

Minimum 5+ years in federal SI; experience selling to Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, and Boeing. Not remote; relocation to Washington, DC may be required; some travel and extended hours.

Qualifications

5+ years of systems integrator experience in the federal industry.
Experience selling to firms such as Lockheed Mtn, Raytheon, Boeing, and similar organisations.
Demonstrated track record of significant accomplishment.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with executives, technical teams, delivery, and capture.
Train and influence systems integrators with targeted value propositions.
Identify solutions to meet partner and customer integration and infra needs.
Develop and manage strategic plans with FSI partners.
Present results and strategy to varied audiences.
Thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
