Job summary

Fuse seeks a seasoned professional to manage its US federal contracting portfolio from strategy to execution. You will shape pursuits, negotiation, and execution of complex government work while ensuring regulatory compliance as the portfolio grows.

Responsibilities include cradle-to-grave contracting, partnerships, pricing collaboration with legal and product teams, and ensuring cybersecurity/supply chain compliance across contracts. A security clearance is desirable.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience working on US government contracts matters.
• Solid understanding of government procurement, contract vehicles and types.
• Judgment and initiative to lead multiple projects end-to-end.
• Independent performer who contributes to a broader team.
• High attention to detail and process orientation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience leading teams through planning and execution of complex contracts.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management and government-contracting systems.

Responsibilities

• Guide planning, proposal support, negotiation, and execution/maintenance of US federal government contract vehicles.
• Oversee end-to-end cradle-to-grave contracting process across the federal portfolio.
• Develop and grow a library of strategic agreements for engagement with US federal customers.
• Collaborate with legal, product, sales, and engineering to drive pricing and terms.
• Support business development and other teams in identifying new contract opportunities.
• Foster strategic partnerships for unique contract teaming arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and supply chain requirements (CMMC, 889, SCRM, FOCI/CFIUS).
• Manage GSA Schedule administration, including modifications and scope reviews.
