Job summary

U.S. Soccer seeks a Director, Donor Experiences to lead the strategy, development, and execution of donor experiences and hospitality, leveraging platforms established during FIFA World Cup 2026 to position the Federation for the road to the 2031 FIFA Women's World Cup and beyond.

This leader will transform donor experiences into a strategic fundraising engine, manage a team of 2–3 direct reports, and collaborate with Advancement and cross-federation partners to drive philanthropic revenue,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in fundraising or donor engagement.
• Experience building and scaling experiential fundraising programs.
• Proven track record generating philanthropic revenue through events and experiences.
• Experience hiring, supervising, and developing staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a comprehensive donor experiences and hospitality strategy aligned with fundraising priorities and long-term growth.
• Build and lead the donor experiences function with operating model, roadmap, standards, and scalable systems.
