Job summary

Qualifications

• Possess an M.A. degree in theology or religious studies for Director role.
• Experience of 3-5 years in overseeing faith formation programming for Coordinator role.
• Ability to write reports and effectively present information.

Responsibilities

• Develop goals and strategies for faith formation programs.
• Evaluate the Faith Formation Program based on feedback.
• Supervise catechists and manage program operations.
