Blessed Sacrament Church seeks a dynamic Catholic leader to serve as Director of Religious Education & Youth Ministry. Lead faith formation for children, youth, and families and grow a vibrant youth program for middle and high school students.

The role includes administering the Parish Religious Education Program, coordinating sacramental preparation, and building a youth ministry core team with volunteer support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field or extensive faith-formation experience.
• Ministry Formation training required if no degree.
• Computer literacy: Parish Data System, MS Office, Flocknote, and social media.
• Excellent language and communication skills.
• Must pass Diocesan clearances.
• Public speaking skills and professional appearance.
• Ability to manage repetitive tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Administer and develop Parish Religious Education Program from K-12.
• Oversee sacramental preparation and liturgy planning.
• Establish a comprehensive youth ministry program and lead volunteers.
• Coordinate Liturgy for Children, Vacation Bible School, and related activities.
• Attend diocesan events and meetings.
