Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 4+ years non-profit fundraising experience.
• Experience leading major gifts, donor stewardship, and cultivation strategies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration across teams.
• Ability to develop and monitor a comprehensive fundraising plan.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to meet annual revenue goals and long-term sustainability.
• Lead major gifts programs and cultivate relationships with donors, foundations, and corporations.
• Oversee fundraising events and campaigns with donor stewardship and transparency.
• Ensure activities align with the organization’s strategic plan and accreditation standards.
• Provide regular fundraising progress reports to leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage department budget and maintain accurate donation records and IRS-compliant reporting.
