Excelsior Staffing is recruiting an experienced Senior Facility Operations leader for a large organization in Atlanta. The role oversees a multi-functional facilities operation with 250+ employees, including Directors and management teams, across diverse services and campuses.

Responsibilities include leading senior leaders, improving KPIs, budgets, contracts, and service standards while driving organizational change and exceptional customer experiences in a complex, multi-site environment.

I’m recruiting an experienced Senior Facility Operations leader for a large, complex organization in Atlanta.

This is a significant leadership opportunity with responsibility for a multi-functional facilities operation of approximately 250+ employees, including leadership through multiple Directors and management teams.

The portfolio encompasses a broad range of facility and campus services, including custodial operations, staging and moving, recycling/waste management, building and residential services, auxiliary services, exterior services, and other facility-support operations. The leader will also have responsibility for operating budgets, service contracts, emergency response, resource allocation, and continuous improvement across the organization.

We are looking for someone who has successfully led large, diverse frontline organizations and can:

• Lead, develop, and hold Directors and senior managers accountable
• Build and improve KPIs, processes, service standards, and sustainable operating routines
• Lead organizational change and improve performance across multiple service functions
• Manage large operating budgets, vendors, and service contracts
• Operate effectively in complex, multi-site and multi-shift environments
• Communicate comfortably with executive leadership, customers, managers, and frontline employees
• Create a strong service culture while improving efficiency, accountability, and the customer experience

Experience may come from higher education, healthcare, Sodexo, Crothall, Aramark, SSC, large institutional environments, hospitality, school systems, or other complex service organizations.

Higher education experience is not required. We are interested in leaders who have successfully managed large-scale facility and soft-service operations and are ready to take on broader organizational responsibility.
