Union Community Care is seeking a Director of Facilities and Housekeeping to ensure reliable, safe, and clean environments across our sites. You will oversee core building systems, manage internal technicians, and direct EVS operations to support uninterrupted patient care.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance planning, vendor coordination, safety compliance, and after-hours on-call coverage. Strong leadership and project management skills are essential to create welcoming spaces

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience leading facilities teams
• English proficiency
• Valid PA driver’s license
• Hands-on leadership style
• Strong project management and organizational skills

Responsabilidades

• Oversee key building systems (HVAC, elevators, plumbing, electrical) with master preventive maintenance schedule.
• Lead maintenance technicians and coordinate internal repairs to maintain clean, safe facilities.
• Manage clinical equipment maintenance to support patient care.
• Direct Environmental Services operations to keep facilities clean and welcoming.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and risk mitigation with HR/Compliance partners.
• Coordinate on-call coverage and respond to after-hours facility issues.
