Job summary
Teva Pharmaceuticals, a leading biopharmaceutical company, is seeking a Director of Search & Evaluation to identify and advance external innovation opportunities aligned with Neuroscience and Immunology & Inflammation. You will drive proactive scouting, build networks across biotech and academia, and collaborate with R&D, clinical, regulatory, and finance teams to inform investment decisions.

Qualifications
- Ph.D., M.D., or Pharm.D. in Life Sciences; MBA is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive scouting for early- and advanced assets.
- Build external networks across biotech, academia, and innovation ecosystems.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams (R&D, clinical, regulatory, and finance) to evaluate opportunities.
- Assess scientific data, including preclinical and clinical datasets, to evaluate asset quality.
- Support diligence including mechanisms of action and development feasibility.
