Job summary

Expedia Group is seeking a senior technology leader to define and drive the technical strategy for the Experience Management Platform. You will lead engineers and engineering managers building next-gen experience orchestration, replacing legacy systems with a scalable, agentic self-serve platform.

You will own the architecture, roadmap, and non-functional standards, and collaborate across brands to reduce technical footprint while increasing business agility.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software experience and 5+ years of people management experience.
• Experience leading technical strategy, architecture, and delivery for large-scale platforms.
• Experience with AI-driven systems and applying AI/ML concepts in production contexts.
• Ability to lead through engineering managers and senior engineers, driving cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive technical strategy for the Experience Management Platform.
• Lead a team of engineers and managers building next-gen experience orchestration.
• Own the architecture, roadmap, and non-functional standards for experience tools across EG brands.
