Gartner, Inc. seeks a Director of Exhibitor Planning & Performance to lead a small analytics team and drive the budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for the exhibitor business. You will build models, partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations, and deliver insights to inform executive decisions.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, KPI reporting, and impactful executive-ready materials, with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in FP&A, business planning, analytics, or sales ops
• Leadership experience with 4+ years in people management
• Excellent communication across all levels of an organization

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 2–4 analysts
• Own exhibitor budget, headcount, capacity planning, and forecasting
• Build analytical models for short and long-term planning
• Oversee stakeholder management with Sales, Finance, and Operations
• Deliver KPI reporting and performance analysis for executives
• Support creation of executive slides with accurate data
• Drive process Improvements and leverage AI where applicable
• Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership
• Manage ad-hoc requests
