Job summary

JLL is hiring a Director of Executive Thought Leadership in a highly matrixed global org. You will own strategy for senior leader visibility across speaking, media, and content channels, coordinating with Corporate Communications and Marketing to deliver high-impact programs.

Open to senior professionals with 7–10 years of experience in executive positioning, ghostwriting, and cross-functional collaboration. Travel may be required in a global firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• 7–10 years in communications, executive positioning, or thought leadership.
• Proven track record building executive platforms in large, matrixed orgs.
• Experience with external agency partnerships and measuring impact.

Responsibilities

• Own the firm-wide strategy, cadence, and framework for executive positioning.
• Direct the platform strategy across speaking, media, and owned content.
• Manage intake and selection of leaders for the program with criteria-based governance.
• Lead measurement, dashboards, and reporting of impact to executives.
• Partner with Brand, Content, and digital teams to amplify leaders’ narratives.
