Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or related certifications preferred.
• 15+ years in a law enforcement, military, or corporate security role.
• Prior manager level or higher supervisory experience.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence leaders.

Responsibilities

• Strategically implementing the company's Executive Protection program.
• Oversee security of all corporate aircraft and related assets.
• Provide effective investigative services.
• Manage threat management initiatives.
• Develops and delivers an effective executive protection program.
• Oversee security service in response to crimes, emergencies, and other threats.
• Liaison with outside authorities relative to executive protection and investigations.
• Identification, engagement, and evaluation of third-party security providers.
• Monitor performance metrics and risk data; ensure compliance with policies.
