Job summary

Digital Promise Global seeks a Project Director, Evaluation Strategy and Analytics to lead data strategy, evaluation frameworks, and performance metrics for the Powerful Learning team. You will develop automated dashboards, advanced reports, and external-facing metrics to demonstrate program impact.

The role partners with internal teams, researchers, and funders to align strategy with outcomes. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in applied research methods, data visualization, and scalable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, statistics, data science, mathematics, or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in strategic planning, data science, performance measurement, or evaluation frameworks.
• Experience with data warehouses, data transformation tools, and writing technical documentation.
• Project management skills with knowledge of K-12 tech systems, data privacy practices, and tools like Asana, Salesforce, and Microsoft/Google suites.

Responsibilities

• Design theory of change and logic models mapping inputs to KPIs, implementation fidelity, and ROI across pilots and services.
• Lead longitudinal studies and control groups to demonstrate measurable, sustainable growth and efficacy of programs.
• Serve as primary research liaison with partners to align goals and outcomes and ensure compliance with data policies.
• Develop self-serve dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) and data pipelines (SQL, Qualtrics) for real-time reporting.
