Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
• Five or more years of progressive experience in data and program evaluation, or equivalent experience
• Experience supervising staff including hiring, coaching, and performance management
• Expertise designing and implementing evaluation frameworks and methodologies
• Experience with mixed methods data collection and analysis
• Familiarity with nonprofit data management systems or CRMs is a plus
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and reporting software (SAS, SPSS, Tableau) and survey platforms
• Strong writing, organizational, and public presentation skills
• Ability to translate complex data into insights for diverse audiences
• Experience contributing to grant proposals and funder reports

Responsibilities

• Guide UWGC in building a culture of learning that uses data and measurable outcomes to refine and improve programs
• Collaborate with staff and partners to design and implement evaluation tools and plans
• Create and monitor systems that use data to give partners ongoing feedback and support
• Orchestrate conversations to determine metrics and benchmarks for success
• Coordinate research and evaluation efforts to avoid duplication and strengthen shared learning
• Own and maintain a research agenda and present research to inform initiatives and educate stakeholders
• Translate complex data into insight for funders, board members, and stakeholders
• Build data collection capacity of partner agencies through training and shared tools
• Develop data sharing agreements and protocols for secure data exchange
• Provide leadership in data-driven decision making across UWGC
