ICP Group in Andover, MA is seeking a Director of ERP/WMS Service Delivery to lead delivery and optimization of SYSPRO ERP and TransLution WMS. This role oversees live production environments, incident management, and continuous improvement to maximize value across operations.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in enterprise applications, strong leadership, and the ability to balance strategic roadmaps with hands-on team guidance. Tampa, FL or Andover, MA area preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IS/CS/BA or related field.
• 8+ years in enterprise applications with ERP/WMS experience.
• Experience running live ERP in manufacturing or distribution.
• Strong collaboration with executive stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end service delivery for SYSPRO ERP, TransLution WMS.
• Set SLAs, response targets, and escalation paths.
• Reduce incidents via root-cause analysis and fixes.
• Maintain live estate docs, run books, and change calendar.
• Lead run-side operations and partner with CIO and leaders.
