Job summary
MeriCal seeks a Director of Enterprise Applications and Digital Transformation in Anaheim, CA to lead the strategy and governance of its enterprise application ecosystem. You will manage a team of Solution Architects and partner with executive leadership to drive ERP modernization and digital transformation across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and finance.
The role requires 10+ years in enterprise applications, 5+ years of leadership, and strong stakeholder management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years' experience managing enterprise applications or technology platforms.
- 5+ years' leadership experience managing technical teams.
- Proven ERP implementation, migration, or modernization experience.
- Experience supporting enterprise apps in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the enterprise applications strategy aligned with business objectives and growth.
- Lead governance, lifecycle management, architecture standards, and technology roadmaps.
- Ensure reliability, scalability, security, and alignment with business needs.
- Serve as trusted advisor to executives across Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Customer Service, and Commercial functions.
- Guide ERP modernization and digital transformation initiatives and partnerships.
