Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a Director of Compensation to provide strategic oversight of the company’s equity compensation programs. Reporting to the VP, Compensation, this role collaborates with Legal, Payroll, Finance, and external providers to govern equity strategy, operations, and compliance.

The position leads grant administration, cycle coordination, and reporting, while guiding senior leadership and compensation governance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of progressive compensation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the administration of equity compensation programs, including grant issuance, vesting events, and plan operations.
• Partner with Payroll, Tax, and Finance to ensure accurate processing and reporting of equity transactions.
• Coordinate equity grant cycles, including annual grants, ad hoc awards, and corporate actions.
• Serve as the subject matter expert and primary contact for all equity compensation matters.
• Ensure compliance with securities laws, tax regulations, and equity plan provisions.
