How you'll make an impact

  • Audit & Control Leadership Set the standard for SOX compliance within the equity function. You will lead the relationship with external auditors, defending technical positions on valuations, and award modifications.

  • Cross‑Functional Partnership Act as the bridge between Finance, People/HR, and Legal. You will be the Accounting voice at the table providing insights into the accounting impact of daily decisions.

  • Team Mentorship Directly manage and develop a Manager‑level professional, fostering a culture of technical excellence, career growth, and extreme attention to detail.
