Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with Epic application is highly preferred.

• Lead a cross-functional team for development and maintenance of revenue-cycle modules integrated with Epic EHR.
• Ensure charge capture, coding compliance, and charge-master management; streamline claims processing and payer interfacing.
• Provide real-time dashboards, analytics, and reporting to identify under-payments or trends.
• Partner with clinical, revenue-cycle and finance teams to align IT solutions with business processes.
• Oversee budgeting and resource planning for IT initiatives within Revenue Cycle.
