Job summary

Mount Sinai Health System seeks a Director to optimize EPIC workflows across Revenue Cycle Management, driving automation, standardization, and new EPIC capabilities to enhance efficiency and financial performance.

The role partners with IT, legal, finance, and external vendors, reporting to the System VP of RCM Operations. You will lead large-scale transformation initiatives with measurable impact on cash flow and patient experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years in healthcare revenue cycle with EPIC optimization leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or information systems; EPIC certification preferred.
• Strong data analytics, KPI tracking, and BI experience with EPIC and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic EPIC optimization and RCM workflow initiatives with measurable improvements.
• Develop and execute optimization roadmaps, align with regulatory requirements, and drive adoption of new EPIC capabilities.
• Establish governance, dashboards, and analytics to monitor performance and ROI.
