Mount Sinai Health System is seeking an IT Manager for EPIC to oversee planning, directing, and coordinating EPIC operations. This role reports to the Corporate Office on 42nd Street, with responsibilities across applications, interfaces, and revenue cycle within the EPIC domain.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in information technology with supervisory experience and EPIC Hospital Billing certification, plus a Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT with supervisory experience.
• Epic Hospital Billing certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in business, CS or related field; EPIC experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Directs and coordinates operations for the EPIC area.
• Plans, troubleshoots, and maintains EPIC systems and applications.
• Leads staff, hires/terminates, and conducts performance reviews.
• Develops end user requirements, system design, and project plans.
• Ensures compliance and implements IT policies.
• Oversees upgrades, database maintenance, and user support.
• Reports performance and plans to upper management.
