Job summary

Newrez LLC is seeking a Director of Strategic Programs to drive enterprise transformation across Originations, Servicing, Operations, Technology, Risk, and Compliance. You will partner with executives to identify growth opportunities and deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will lead cross-functional teams, build governance and roadmaps, and ensure adoption of strategic initiatives with executive-level accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred.
• 9+ years of mortgage banking experience required or strongly preferred.
• Experience leading large-scale platform implementations, servicing conversions, or enterprise transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide strategic initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Partner with executives to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.
• Develop business cases, roadmaps, and implementation strategies.
