Job summary

Amtrak is seeking a Director of Enterprise Transformation & Integration to lead and coordinate transformation workstreams across the organization. The role involves partnering with executives and stakeholders to shape strategy, align programs, and ensure successful implementation that delivers measurable outcomes for employees, customers, and partners.

Based in Washington, DC or select partner locations, the position emphasizes accountability, risk management, and effective adoption of changes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 11+ years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Integrate planning, execution, and delivery of transformation workstreams with the broader Transformation effort.
• Develop workstream strategies, priorities, implementation plans, and success measures.
• Monitor milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and KPIs.
• Develop executive‑level materials and leadership communications for visibility into progress and risks.
• Develop and present updates, analyses, recommendations, and status reports to leadership.
• Provide analytical and strategic support to Transformation Office leadership for planning and priorities.
