Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
7+ years leading software architecture teams on large-scale systems.
15+ years building scalable web and mobile software solutions.
Experience with MDD and DDD in delivery environments.
Strong background in containerized microservices (.NET Core) and serverless apps (AWS Lambda).
Hands-on with modern DevOps toolchains (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, CircleCI).
Experience with monitoring and logging platforms (ELK, New Relic, Splunk).

Responsibilities

Define and evolve the enterprise architecture vision, standards, and guidelines; mentor teams.
Lead cross-functional engineering teams with QA, Product, DevOps, and Infra to deliver high-quality software.
Set and enforce non-functional requirements: scalability, security, reliability, observability.
Own delivery excellence and drive improvements in quality, velocity, and efficiency.
Communicate goals and progress clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Define KPIs and sponsor modernization of platforms and tooling.
