As Director of Communications for Fidelity’s Enterprise Services (ES), you will work in close partnership with Fidelity executives, supporting high-impact communications and fostering alignment across the organization. You will collaborate with Fidelity’s ES businesses that develop new sources of revenue, explore emerging technologies, enhance operational capabilities, and improve the customer experience. You’ll work directly with senior leaders to develop thoughtful, strategic, and impactful communications campaigns, executive speaking points, presentations, intranet content, and messaging across digital, social channels and live events.
Collaborating with business and functional partners, you’ll drive communications that align with Fidelity priorities, connect associates to the business strategy, and support organizational and cultural change. You’ll have opportunities to grow and deliver impact as you partner closely with colleagues in Fidelity’s Corporate Communications and Corporate Affairs teams covering government relations, public policy, external communications, community relations, social media, and more.
This role sits in the Leadership Communications organization within Corporate Communications.

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
