Job summary

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Director of IT&S Service Support to lead the Server/Cloud Infrastructure for the enterprise in New Jersey. The role focuses on strategy, architecture, and delivery across hospital, ancillary and corporate environments.

You will drive scalability, reliability, and cost management while partnering with engineering leaders and business owners to enable key initiatives and upgrades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Information Systems or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years IT and business experience with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Experience managing cross functional teams or projects and influencing senior management.
• Experience in server, cloud, and storage technologies required.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management, direction and coordination of Server/Cloud Infrastructure and change management.
• Lead long-range Server/Cloud technology planning for the Enterprise Health system.
• Ensure effectiveness and efficiency of the Server/Cloud infrastructure.
• Guide cross-functional teams across architecture, engineering and operations.
• Design, build and maintain server/cloud infrastructure for RWJBH Hospital, ancillary and corporate
• Oversee lifecycle management and continuous improvement of server/cloud technology.
