Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a senior security leader to own the security relationship for assigned business units, influence architecture, and drive risk management across enterprise programs.

You will lead a team of Security Partners, collaborate with CSOC and legal/compliance, and ensure security controls align with regulatory expectations. The role emphasizes strategic risk prioritization, executive communication, and the use of AI-assisted analysis to produce executive-ready deliverables.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, IT risk, or a closely related field, including time in a large, complex enterprise.
• BISO, Security Partner, or similar senior security leader accountable for a business unit or product line.
• Deep technical knowledge of cloud, identity, application security, and AI/ML risks, and can hold a substantive point of view in design reviews and threat models.

Responsibilities

• Own the security relationship for your assigned BU and represent the customer's voice inside Enterprise Security.
• Own the risk register and set severity, prioritization, and buy-down sequencing with compensating controls.
• Lead security input on design reviews, threat models, SDLC, and platform guardrails from early stages.
