Huntington Bancshares, Inc. seeks an Application Security Director to lead enterprise security programs across secure development, software supply chain, API and cloud security.

The role oversees managers and professionals, shaping multi-year roadmaps and governance aligned with business and cybersecurity objectives. You will drive AI-enabled security initiatives, coordinate with FS-ISAC and regulators, and ensure robust risk management across critical applications and platforms.

Qualifications

• Min 6 yrs of experience in Information Security
• Min 4 yrs of Application Development (new)
• Min 4 yrs of experience in a Leadership role
• Associate’s Degree required

Responsabilités

• Define and evolve enterprise Application Security strategy, governance, and program roadmaps.
• Lead multiple teams across security testing, secure SDLC, DevSecOps, API and cloud security to improve maturity.
• Translate risk into executive-ready narratives for boards and regulatory discussions.
• Represent and advocate security programs in executive forums and industry collaborations.
