We are looking for a Director, Enterprise Sales
Total compensation between $360,000-$400,000, including a fixed annual salary between $170,000-$200,000, target commission of $150,000-$160,000, an employee equity plan grant, and world-class benefits.
Equity grants are issued in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility. The Director, Enterprise Sales will own the sales, onboarding, and relationship management of new Rokt accounts throughout the North American region.
We're seeking a self-motivated, high-integrity individual and team player who shares our passion for innovation and everything digital. You should have a sharp, commercial mindset that takes a solutions approach to solve complex client problems. As a player-coach, this role focuses on creating and closing net new opportunities and managing a small team of Account Executives.
