We are looking for a Director, Enterprise Sales
Total compensation between $360,000-$400,000, including a fixed annual salary between $170,000-$200,000, target commission of $150,000-$160,000, an employee equity plan grant, and world-class benefits.

Equity grants are issued in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility. The Director, Enterprise Sales will own the sales, onboarding, and relationship management of new Rokt accounts throughout the North American region.

We're seeking a self-motivated, high-integrity individual and team player who shares our passion for innovation and everything digital. You should have a sharp, commercial mindset that takes a solutions approach to solve complex client problems. As a player-coach, this role focuses on creating and closing net new opportunities and managing a small team of Account Executives.

About The Role

  • Penetrate target accounts at the corporate level through executive briefings/meetings to develop an understanding of the customer's business, technical issues, and organizational structure, and document using appropriate systems.
  • Manage the client journey from consideration to contract, including overseeing the pitch process, responding to RFPs, and preparing for pitches.
  • Build and maintain successful relationships with the Executive team, Solution Engineers, and Industry Vertical VPs to acquire, launch, and grow supply partners.
  • Contribute to the development of Rokt's marketing materials, including credentials, case studies, and collateral.
  • Lead your ecommerce sales team to achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals.
Requirements
  • At least 10+ years of experience, with a proven track record of closing $1M+ high-value solution deals in complex SaaS/technology services environments.
  • Understanding of digital media and emerging marketing, AdTech/MarTech is preferred.
  • Proven experience selling into and building relationships with medium to large digital businesses.
  • Deep executive knowledge and credibility in one of our priority industry verticals: ecommerce/Retail, CPG, and/or QSR.
  • Experience leading high-performing sales teams.
