GitLab is seeking a Director of Dedicated Infrastructure Engineering & Platforms to lead the engineering organization for Dedicated, the enterprise single-tenant SaaS offering for regulated industries and public sector. You will oversee architecture, reliability, and compliance to scale the platform and service enterprise customers with strong SLAs.

You will drive FedRAMP/GovCloud readiness, build scalable infrastructure, and guide AI-enabled workflows while leading distributed teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise SaaS infrastructure at scale.
• Proven track record improving reliability and reducing toil.
• Expertise in FedRAMP and GovCloud compliance.
• Ability to translate business goals into engineering roadmaps.
• Experience managing distributed teams and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy for Dedicated platforms and public sector offerings.
• Lead tenant orchestration, resilience, and compliance initiatives.
• Ensure enterprise-grade SLAs and security across tenants.
• Collaborate with Product, Security, and Support.
