Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience is required.
• At least 4 years of Financial Services experience.
• At least 6 years of Risk Management experience.
• At least 2 years of People Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve our Risk Management processes and execute changes to strategies, methodologies, governance, and reporting elements.
• Synthesize and elevate information to executive levels.
• Leverage data, metrics, and analysis to monitor process improvement strategies.
• Define requirements for an enterprise risk metric system of record and feed metrics/reports.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive effective risk identification, assessment, and disposition.
