Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
• At least 4 years of Financial Services experience.
• At least 6 years of Risk Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve our Risk Management processes and execute changes to strategies, methodologies, governance, and reporting elements.
• Synthesize and elevate information to executive levels.
• Leverage data, metrics, and analysis to monitor process improvement strategies across the organization.
• Define requirements for an enterprise risk metric system of record and feed data sources for reporting.
• Perform validation data analysis including trending, problem identification, and remediation planning.
• Consult on analysis and reporting outcomes to observe trends and provide insights on risk environments.
