Job summary

Pfizer seeks aDirector, Enterprise Resilience and Business Continuity to lead the global BCM program within the enterprise resilience framework. You will partner with senior leaders, business divisions, and risk functions to strengthen preparedness, response, and recovery across the organization.

You will help minimize material risk, coordinate across Loss Prevention, Emergency Preparedness, Crisis Management, and Disaster Recovery, and support product integrity investigations and security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or technical discipline.
• Minimum 8 years BCM leadership experience, or 7 years with a Master's degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pfizer's global Business Continuity Management program within the enterprise resilience framework.
• Maintain and continuously improve Pfizer's BCM framework, including methodology, tools, guidance, reporting, and governance processes.
• Provide direct implementation support to sites and functions implementing resilient programs and continuity plans.
• Coordinate across enterprise resilience pillars to ensure integrated preparedness and recovery.
• Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging risks and advise on mitigation priorities.
• Lead operational resilience processes with risk reviews and leadership reporting.
• Participate in the Corporate Crisis Management Team and support incident response.
• Plan and implement enterprise-wide resilience training and exercises at all levels.
